It is a long story but to make it short, the scene was in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia on 10th September 2007. Being an ardent fan and mad about Indian food, I had the opportunity to be invited to Krishna's Fish Head Curry restaurant and the owner himself picked me up from my hotel. Upon arriving at his restaurant, I noticed most tables were already occupied. The scene was busy....yes all were busy eating and chatting and the smell of curry was really inviting. Mr Krishna seemed to know everyone and he shook hands with most of his customers, They must be his regulars. So, I had fish head curry and rice and some greens....and my oh my, it was the best fish head curry I ever tasted. It was so good that I had to tapau some for my better half at the hotel and guess what ? It came in a nice box as shown in the picture above. To me, it is innovation to come up with a box like that ! Thanks Mr Krishna, for the experience of real fish head curry !
